RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At GodIs Brand, we take pride in creating handcrafted products in small batches.

Due to the personal nature of bath, body, and self-care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the.godis.brand@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request.

If a return is approved, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by GodIs Brand or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
